Right bixenon won't adjust. Help anyone. Steve?

I tried to adjust my bixenons a few nights ago because I thought they aimed a little bit too low.

So I turned the setting screws both on the left and right assemblies, about 4 rounds counterclockwise. After testing on the highway, turned out that they were too high so I need to lower them back about halfway. The only problem is, now the right assembly wouldn’t budge. In addition, its self-leveling motor doesn’t work as well. The left assembly has no problems, I can still adjust it manually and the self-leveling motor also works just fine.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem besides taking it to the dealer ? Thanks.

I bet you you aimed it too high at first which made the rod between the adjusting motor and reflector pop out of the adjusting motor and thus it no longer auto levels or goes down when levelling it...

take a flashlight, a mirror, lots of patience, some luck and try to pop that adjustment rod back into the levelling motor (by pulling the reflector backwards while aiming the lights down).

it is located inside the headlight and it is not covered by anything, it can just pop out.

Is this same for the C55?? I'm trying to fix mine as well on the passenger's side(This side is much brighter as well)... Since Dealer told me that they don't know how to adjust the headlights.. . I'm trying to figure out adjusting the level of the headlights...

Thank you Steve. I think i know where it is now... You have to open the city light cap right ? not the HID cap. Shoot, this isn't gonna be an easy one.
C55, I don't know if yours are the same. But these are my driver's side settings.
