Gary's my service rep as well. They do top notch service at Caliber and they're expanding. New tilt up large building off the 91 FWY Imperial Hwy is opening soon. I just had the 2nd cat converter replaced a few days ago at Caliber and I had no problems with them. I've been happy with their after sale service and support.

I'm a big fan of Caliber as well. They'll take care of you. Fletcher Jones is terrible.

caliber motors..

i have tried fletcher jones and they found nothing wrong with my tranmission.

i took it to Caliber and replaced the transmission and module... under warranty of course...

i have tried Penske.. and they were good as well...

also, go in the afternoon, less people and more time to talk to them about your problems or issues

Service at Laguna
I've always had great service at Laguna...Eddie Perlas is my advisor and he's great. Who was your advisor and what was the issue you had?

If that's the closest dealer to where you live, I'd say give it another try and ask for Eddie. Even though you had a bad experience, it's much more of a pain driving to one that's not convenient to where you live or work.

They failed to fix the main problem I had the car in for, and in the process of trying to fix it they messed up the audio and blamed it on aftermarket components.

So did the main prob ever get fixed or are you trying to find another place to take it to?

Give Eddie at Laguan a buzz, he's the best and will tell you like it is. I had a prob w/ rough downshifting, and there was no funny business...they just took care of it.

Yeah, my original problem with the climate control was fixed, though they made me pay for the repair because they said it was caused by aftermarket audio components.
