Another great job from Steve (MbenzNL)

I am sure he has gotten enough props, but i just got my euro command done. Man he is fast and efficent.
Just wanted to say thanks for the great job.

On a side note any Cali guys want to burn me a copy of their Disk 1 Navi preferrably a 2005 at the latest. I'll pay 25 bucks for it shipped. I
wanted to test out the command so a buddy had a burned copy of a 2001 disk and everything works fine.

Let me know if anyone can help.
Thanks.
Eric

Is Steve in Southern California already?

Is your command DVD? I'll burn you a copy of mine if it is. Don't worry about the money.

you can get most of the info here.
http://www.mbenznl.com/products/comand.shtml

i initially wanted the peace of mind with the US command since it was new and had a 1 year warrenty.
The euro was a refirbished unit with a 3 month warrenty, but the quality of the euro command was great. The unit looks great and I would say its a must have.

dood you should just shave it. esp that one day you might need to drive someone or hang that turn.
We shaved down that area around the nut, and actually switched out that screw you showed me with a nut and bolt.
The bolt was thinner and didnt have that bigger base area. Then it will give you more room to shave down that area.

Nothing MB related (sorry)
Eric, you are free to use any disc in your comand - but we do recommend using an original one! Burnt nav.discs can give issues in the end...

greetingz,

The original NAV CD's are all over eBay all the time, that is where I got all of mine. Just keep an eye out for them, but you have to be quick to get #1.
