palm desert is like 1.5 hours from Newport. Alot of people come inland for the golf and tennis. They have the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic out here and Battle of Bighorn golf Tournements, plus 2 LPGA Major Championships. Alot of snowbirds as well...

made some money via real estate and now I trade on a daily basis. the driveway is a concrete grid. I still am invloved in Real Estate as well. To many people rely on " The News to predict how money turns. I simply follow the tried and true way on how to keep making money. Historicly Real Estate has always retained its value and can appreciate both slowly and quickly. Demographics plays a big part in the market obviously. But there is always a market regardless of where rates fall. . . this is an argument that will always exist because ( IMHO ) people make money on both side of the fence. some make it if " THE BUBBLE" so called "pops". and others make money by the rates staying low ( which relative to history rates are still extremely low. I guess i do alot of everything. But everything I do has to do with moving equitable assets ( money ). .. I hope this makes sense. the more money you are invloved with the more money you will make.
whatever I guess, to each his own. Dunno , everyone here has there way I guess this is mine. Many people have failed in the same manner I have succeded. I'm not done yet... I still have plenty of time to fail. always paranoid about that. BLahblahblahblahblahblahblah... sorry about the blabblah

Wicked. I'm still amazed by the grass. It doesn't get torn up by the cars? My parents are redoing their boathouse and pool house and pool area, mind putting up another pic or two? This might be an idea they would use. Then again, they're in IL, so that might not be the best place for manicured grass.... Thanks!
