Surgery on the wrong part - another stealership story
It was my fault for not staying with the car and showing their mechanic what was wrong and how to fix it. Better yet, I should have fixed the car myself, and then given him $900.00 for not doing his job.
The paperwork clearly stated "customer complains driver-side seat heater not working" to which the mechanic replied "R&R passenger side seat heater."
Here we go into week two of not having my car and having a perfectly working part replaced with another perfectly working part!
Moving forward I think we should tie colorful ribbons around broken parts so MB mechanics know what to replace.
