The time has come for me to take my car in for Service A. I'd like to steer clear of the stealership as much as possible. Can anyone recommend a good, reputable Mercedes shop somewhere in Phoenix, AZ? Thanks, guys.

Now that Mercedes doesn't include the maintence, I'd avoid the stealership as well. I'd recommend a place on Bell Road and the 51 named "Bekelian Motors" -- I used to take both my BMW and Volvo there when I had them. The guys there are great. Pretty much everyone who works there was a master tech at one of the local dealerships first.
The place is family owned, and the owner's brother would even pick me up and drop me off at home, even though shuttle service isn't something they normally do.
or if you really want to go to a dealership go to Schumaker (or however you spell it) up on Scottsdale. I have had my car in there 2x and both times everything went well. They have a VERY nice waiting area with free wireless internet, a coffee shop that serves starbucks, cool gadgets to look at etc... My service advisor is Paul (Olsen I think)... I have never had a service done there so I dont know how much it will be. I just know they have a nice staff, my car is actually there right now haveing some work done. Also they are Renntech friendly if you have mods....
