MB has an official bulletin about that noise. Its the design of the sway bar bushing. The bushing will tend to gather dirt & sand over a period of time. They are waiting for the newly designed bushing to be arrived at the parts dept. Until then, there're no solution to the problem. You can bring the car to MB and have them change the old design bushings for the time being, but the noise will come back again.
