Need advice on possibly seeking a C32

Need advice on possibly seeking a C32
Well, let me first say it won't be a for a long time in the future...like more then a couple years...but, I've been drooling over C32's in the mid 20K price range on autotrader that are a couple years old with no more than 50K miles.
My question is...how reliable are C32's with this many miles? Can I expect steep of 150,000 miles out of one, reliably? Or would I be better off getting a new Accord or something along the lines? And how much maintence can I expect to pay yearly, if the C32 is my daily driver?
I can't afford a ton in maint., as I will just be getting out of college and this would be my college grad. present.
I just looove the thought of a 4 door sedan that has the speed, looks, and luxury of this MB. But, I don't want a lemon with something that goes wrong monthly. If thats the case, I'd rather buy new and get a new Accord or something.
