Satellite Radio Question...

I've been searching the forums but haven't read anything to answer my question. I'm hoping someone can confirm if I can have XM satellite radio play through my COMAND system? I definitely don't want to add another radio for this and I've read the FM modulator sound quality isn't that great.

I also read there was a direct interface available for XM radio to work with Mercedes setup.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Nick

I'm not sure if the 55's have it but I was able to run my Sirius through the little 1/8 jack in the glove box then use the Aux mode on COMMAND to listen. It's not the most elegant solution but hey, it's cheap and it works.

Same here. I connected my sirius with the plug in the glove box. The only thing is, Bass and Treble always reset to zero everytime I turn off the engine (along with the COMAND)
