Anyone know what the top speed on a C55 w/no mods, other than removing the speed limiter, is?
I hit 124 on Friday on my way to Tucson. Thought I'd be able to do more, but I remember there being less traffic here in AZ....thought it's been 6 years since I'e been here.

OK, new top speed, subsequent to my last post - 142 on the I-5 north coming home from AZ. 10:30 at night, saw a gap in traffic and got on it. What a rush!
Jesus- anybody get busted at these speeds?
I hit 145ish with my turbo DSM when I was in high school and was promptly pulled over after exiting the freeway. I almost had a heart attack figuring the cop saw my high-speed run, but it turned out he just wanted to grill me about my exhaust. Haven't done much top speed stuff since...
The 2nd day I had my C32 (just last week LOL) I had the cruise set at 70 when I came over a crest and had awesome straight, flat, empty divided highway ahead of me. And no place for cops to hide. I punched it and went 70-135 in what felt like one second - but it was probly two hehe
It was totally stable and was still pulling hard but I had to let off for my exit. I guess these are factory limited to 155?
Years ago I went (an indicated) 150+ in my modified IROC, but it was a whole different experience. Thing felt like it was gonna come apart.
So I have eurocharged v2. haven't really gone over 135 after upgrading pulley
Think I'm delimited?
I went about 159 when last car was stock got scared and slowed down, but never felt limiter kick in. I'm just too scared of cops. Wish I had a place to test her out! Lucky Europeans!
i loved my c32 amg one of my favourite cars i used to love long road trips at night where it would cruise so comfortable between 100-140mph.
the most i got out of it was 172mph and my car was totaly stock but delimited.
hi every I am a new c32 amg owner here. The fast I been was 130 or 140 can't remember exactly the speed but it was a rush. I could of gone faster but there was a car in front I had to brake.
