Can't find the cooler vent

Can't find the cooler vent
I have been looking for the little vent that is located (or supposed to be located) in the center console to keep things cool. I see it in the owners manual but I can't find it or the control for it.

My '04 230 SS has the vent control on the driver's side wall of the inside of the console. You have to open console from front and the vent is in the deep part of console---which you prob know

There is a vent control on the top side of dash center, which control air
to front widow or vents in your face.
There is a vent control, front center above radio.
There is a vent control in the back seat of the center console.
There is a control for the front vents in the HVAC control left/right auto air.
