Just added C32 to the stable
We had been searching for a C240/6spd to purchase and modify for a project car for our company (EvoSport). The wait was too long. Last Saturday night, we gave in and picked up a C32 off the showroom floor at a local dealer (Silver/Charcoal, loaded). Let the mods begin! The rest of Saturday night was mucho fun. I think the car was broken in before the break of dawn Lots of aftermarket stuff planned for this car. The car is quick, no doubt, though because it's forced induction it doesn't feel quick, unlike a 55 motor, where you feel the torque from the get go. Also, like all AMG cars in N. America, the suspension is very soft, as is brake pedal feel.
Stay tuned for more. We will also post updates on evosport.com.

You sick freakin *******.... Is this all you do, get new rockets every six months?? Congrats on your new beast- let me know if it its everything its made out to be and if you like it better than the E55. I think John (Accord) will be talking to you since he has a chance to swap out of his CLK55 and into the C32. I do believe you have owned all 3?? Geez, whats next the S55 or heaven forbid (Adam beware) a CL55?
Anyways, post pics ASAP!!!!!

Ah, must be nice...
How about creating a 'wish list' of mod's...then posting them...then allowing owners/entusiasts/etc to rank there preference(s) and then let the fun begin...My first wish has already come true: Someone who will mod this ride and report on it...and not bill me for it(teehee)!
I suggest sway bars to beef up the minor roll-out in heavy turns, I think the spring package is suffice, but needs help to keep the rubber on the ground- especially in the rear(ESP throttle-down sucks!)...plus this is the cheapest thing IMHO...next I'd like to see a final drive change(does this involve any computer/tranny reprogramming, or just gears?)!
Why I'm at it, Santa, how 'bout a 6-disc DVD changer w/ video display, etc to the COMAND screen...?!?
...AND A PARTRIDGE IIIINNN A PEAR TREE!
Happy Holidays(as if it hasn't been already Mr. V!)

congrats on your new aquisition
I just picked mine up about a week ago and Im still in awe. This thing is very quick, but as mentioned, you dont feel the quickness. It is just so smooth but enough of that. The best to you and your new beast! Sit back and relax cause the show is about to begin.
