Extended Warranty Question
Hey all,
I had recently taken my car in to get my IC Pump looked at / replaced. They said it was my, "coolant pump” which I would assume is the same thing?
Also, my service rep. claims that I need to show him specific paper work stating that I have received service A & or B after 50,000 miles to keep my extended warranty in good standing, is this true? They basically want to charge me $400 to do a diagnostic scan and an oil change (which is bull****).

Your service rep should have all the info. They should be able to enter your VIN and retrieve the history, including all the services and modifications that had performed by any MB authorized dealer to your car. For diagnostic scan, you could go to Autozone and they would do it for free.
