just got the 03 C-class catalog for the heck of it...
in the entire catalog, there are no mentions of Bi-xenon anywhere (or pictures), but the Bi-xenon option IS on the option list.

The 2003 catalogue is awful, most pictures are of cars from the 2002 model year!
It does mention Bi-Xenon on the 2003 user manuel.
