Advice needed please
Does anyone know what this is as it has 3 rubber bushes/legs holding it in place and 1 of then is broken and making an annoying rattle.

Silver 2002 C32, Silver 2006 CLK 350
secondary air pump it always fails and its about 4 to $500 for the part

Its the leg/busch thats broken, do i need to replace the whole unit just for that ???
