Help! What is normal running voltage for C32?

Help! What is normal running voltage for C32?
I get 14.1v when start cold, drops down to 13.7v after warm up.
It drops further down to 12.3v if I turn on the head lights, fog lights, and A/C fan at max.
Now, if I step on the brake for 5 minutes while still in "D" gear to drag the rpm down, it would reach 11.5v and show the "undervoltage consumer defective" message.
My mechanic insits that the car is normal, the error code is only result of my improper use of the car. (for leaving all the electric accesories on when not moving) He said thats why the newer model has twin batteries.
I can't find another C32 to compare to but I just can't believe that's normal for a rather expensive car. Please comment! Thanks!
