Launching the C32

I cannot get a good launch on my 2002 C32 (all stock with PS2 tires). I have tried and tried. Any recommendations, I saw a few posts about this but it was for modified C32s. Thanx in advance.

You mite want to give more details on what surface you need help on what time of day, so on. Are you at the track? ON the street? Night? Day? Are you trying to do a lil burn out to warm them up? I really dont think you should have any issues launching a stock C32 in any condition.

Usually at nite on the street. Theres a local area by some run down factories we race at nite. I can launch my 98 M3 5spd very well but having difficulties getting a good launch on C32. Is it better to do with the "manual" shifting or just leave it on "D". I always have it in "S" with the ESP off.

I would say S mode, ESP off, and put it in 1st gear and let it do its thing. If you power break (1,500 rpm) dont do it for more than a few seconds as you launch or you can hurt the car.

white and whiter
S mode in 1st, ESP off, and power brake 1500rpm. Modulate the throttle if you feel it's spinning too much.
