Might buy C32

Looked at an 04 C32 yesterday. Was pretty impressed. I have a C43 and some of its owners dont think too highly of the 32 but I liked it. Has 40k mi. Kind of alot for a 04 but it was in perfect cond. Any known probs. with the car? Differences betweem 02 and 04? Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Yeah, the intercooler/coolant/fuel pump craps out anywhere from 35k-55k miles. Covered under warranty, if not it's an easy and cheap fix.

Well for my C32, its jerks like crazy in City driving. I gotta get the tranny checked out before the warranty runs out. I've gotten MB to check it a few times and they couldn't find the problem. I even went for a drive with the Technician and no jerking was found.
