OBD2 Scan Tool Suggestions?
i am wanting to get a scan tool so that i can monitor some of the sensors on the car via my laptop...mainly timing and IAT
any suggestions?

Sadly, I bought the Scangauge II and it didn't work. Looks like I'm going to have to return it and get something like the PDA dyno. Alternative would be a bluetooth ODBII adapter and a PDA. Either that or try the Gtech Pro.

I will be using it with one of my older laptops. You can find a 2lb Dell C400 on ebay for less than $300. Nice, lightweight, cheap, and has a serial port.

I used one of these on my old Audi S4 & Mustang. He covers almost all cars, continuously updates the software, which is pretty flexable.
