No, it just bolts on to the bumper, you do not take it off. Its just hard to get under there with tools, so you need to usually jack the front up.

Hey Neal.......have not yet installed the CF lip. (it's a really nice piece of kit) ......any update on the CF rear c55 style spoiler? i'd like to do both to "balance" the appearance.
also. do u have bremmas 18x8, 18x9?

Yes, we are still working on the CF rear spoiler, the first one we made had fitment issues so we did not make them till we perfected it. Its not as easy as we thought. I should maybe have them done in a month possibly?
Here are pics of one we test fit, in the pics you cant tell it does not fit right though.
We do have the staggered 18" bremmas, but the do not look staggered since the rear has no lip unlike the 19s. the 18s staggered all look like fronts. Many customers were not happy with the style.

do you still need more people for the group buy? if so i have a w209 clk55 amg... any way i can get in on the group buy but order the etl59 model front lip? it is the same lip but fits the c55 and clk55 amg's

The group buy was a long time ago and was only for the regular c-class lips, not the C55 or CLK lip. I do have only one CLK55 lip in stock if you want it. Regular price though.

i've decided to sell my lip. brand new in box. i just bought a LSD and would like to offset some of the expense. would like $280, flat for a local pickup. will consider defraying some gas costs for your drive to me to pick up.
i live a few miles from bridgeport CT.
