pedal Install?

Anyone personally install a set of pedal in their c55? I picked up a set off ebay mainly because I can't stand how the car doesn't have a dead pedal. However it appears you just screw the deadpedal through the carpet making holes???? Has anyone done this and what is the result can you see the holes when removed??? I am almost debating not installing them because I wouldn't want to destroy the carpet etc. Let me know. Thanks Sean

I am thinking I might just get a bunch of velcro with adhesive back and sew the soft side into the carpet and then stick the other on the pedal. Thoughts?

Replied tp your PM. The EZ Anchor that came with my Carlsson DP created a perfect system to screw into firmly. if you don't have them you can buy 2 at Home Depot for about 15 cents. Make sure you get the light duty nylon Ez Anchors for best results. Don't worry about the carpet. Its resilliant enough that if you remove the pedal later no holes will show. Remember just to go slow and easy when you screw in the EZ Anchor and just hand tighten. It should be a VERY easy and straight forward install
