PORTERFIELD R4S lasted 82k miles

Just wanted to get a quick poll on how long those with R4S pads lasted. Also do you have alot of rotor wear.

I installed my C32 Brake upgrade at 38k miles and just replaced them this weekend at 120k miles. The sensor was exposed a little and the rotors were barely worn, no lip.

I highly recommend these brake pads, very good on the rotors, low dust and long lasting. Increased stopping over OEM pads as well.

Nice! Thanks for the info. Are they pricier than the OEM pads? Where can I buy them from?

you need to prep the rotors and pads properly so you don't get squeeling. My forst set never did and so far my second set hasn't either.

ForMyMercedes.com

Just follow the instructions, using the installation kit provided, and they are squeak/squeal free.
