Based on my experience mercedes customer service is the worst out of all the cars i owned....I wish they would improve....

uh, really confusing poll... I just voted MB because I though it was for "the best"... dealers here in NYC have great customer service - the only crappy service I've gotten is from parts dpt. But that's pretty much a global issue.
