Allignment
I am not sure about MB spec for camber but my car had .45F and 1.2R to start, and went to .80F and 1.6R degrees after lowering with H&R. (all numbers are "negative")
Too much negative camber should cause the INSIDE of the front and rear tires to wear. But my car still wears the outer fronts MUCH faster than anywhere else, always has. That says I could actually use MORE negative camber (up front). The rear wear is more "even", possibly a little too much on the inside, so I might want to pull out negative camber on that end.

For a small fee, MB offers a bolt kit that should have been installed on every C32 but wasn't, with the kit you can supposedly adjust for about .5 degrees. So you could (I am not saying "should") take back out any negative camber added by the lowering. The bolt kit is CHEAP, about $20 at any MB dealer. Get the kit and then run to a GOOD alignment shop. I suggest staying away from this particular dealer. Talk to them about specs and tire wear, and see what they say.
Sorry, but this isn't the rocket science your dealer is describing. And sounds like he is working you over to garner some extra business.
My bet is, your camber is fine the way it is. (And that the other specs didn't change at all). But you did the install, and it would depend on what was done, whether the bolts were present already and moved by you, etc. But a clue is, without the bolt kit there are no adjustments to make, so how could it be very different?
After installing the H&R springs, I realize I will need a four wheel alignment but my MB dealer told me that I may need a camber change to for even more money, is this so? And he told me that I should have put AMG springs in not H&R and I thought the car came with AMG springs. But he told me they were plain MB sport springs and that AMG are available to buy and will make the car lower is this so?????????
H&R springs are far better than AMG springs. If they weren't, you would not have posted how happy you were compared to your stock springs.
I would have the allignment adjusted, but leave the camber as it is. The small increase in negative camber that you have gained will actually play out to your advantage for a few reasons. Negative camber allows the tires to grip more of the road during turning. While they will wear your tires faster when going straight, I would assume that you do at times have to turn. Normally when you turn, Mercedes place a lot of weight on the outsides of the tires. The negative camber will help even this out, and probably increase the life of your tires.
Get the persons name, and file a formal complaint with MBUSA
.Yes, the C32 AMG does not come with AMG springs. The guy who told you that is beyond stupid.
