Need 2 know!
Ok my car is in the mb shop for warranty work again and I need a fuel filter per service time not that its not functioning and a passenger side nozzle for my windshield washer fluid. These are out of pocket items. Is there a place/s I can get them cheap and are they easy to install?
P.S. I am getting my front brakes shoes and rotors done and its like 270 parts and 190 labor on the side. In the warranty work the lower seats got mentioned for the heater not working.

You can replace both front rotors and pads for about $320 in parts aftermarket. Then maybe and hour per side to replace if you took your time. Also it is very easy to replace the rotors and pads.
Never changed the fuel filter, but have seen it. Does not look that difficult to change.

You can replace both front rotors and pads for about $320 in parts aftermarket. Then maybe and hour per side to replace if you took your time. Also it is very easy to replace the rotors and pads.

I replaced the C32 fuel filter within a week of buying my car (it was used obviously). Its a piece of cake. PM me and I can send you some written instructions with pictures. Its under the car, driver side, just in front of the rear tire. Its under the paneling. Job only took about 45 minutes. But that included jacking up the car, and doing it for the first time.

Just a note, I have changed the fuel filter twice on my C32, and both times it brought on the check engine light. Fault stored was general misfire. Just so you can be aware if contemplating changing the filter yourself, you need a code reader to reset the fault if it occurs...

Thats weird. I never received any error. There was a TSB that involved hard starting after a fuel filter replacement. But mine started right back up error free.
