Navigation Disk Part # Help Please

Navigation Disk Part # Help Please
HELP!
I bought my 04 C32 as a Christmas present, and found out it has only 1 disk, central US.
Anyway, my local dealer quoted that I need MB Part # BQ-646-0215. Can someone please look at their disk set to confirm this. Another dealer gave me a completely different MB Part #
Oh yeah, they claim the Nav set is different in 04 as well?

I Know That The 02-03 C32's Do Have A Different Nav. Than The 04's But I Could Be Wrong
