HID Headlight Replaced

Well, my driver side headlight began flickering and shutting off on its own so my dealer went ahead and replaced the entire headlight housing for me. Problem fixed.

However. The new light isn't burning nearly as white or hot as my passenger side light now. Is this normal? Is it because it's a brand new light? Or should I complain to Mercedes? It's really bothering me.

It almost looks like a cheap HID light next to a really good one now.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Really? I hope so. I wouldn't think Mercedes would put a cheapie in to save on cost. My service advisor said the housing was around $1500 to replace!
