Dealer service suggestions - how easy/hard are these for a DIY?

Dealer service suggestions - how easy/hard are these for a DIY?
Took my car in to get some issues dealt with before I start doing stuff to it (springs, bix, tires, rims, pulleys, intercooler system, etc... per the other trend-setters on the boards here).

My question is, where is this stuff and how hard would it be to replace myself?
  • Strut top bearing (I'm going to be putting on new springs, so seems like this is something I could deal with when I get in there?...will I need a press?)
  • Turn-signal - updated wiring harness for the front (might be responsible false low-coolant messages?)

Any guidance here appreciated. Thanks!
