Advice on H & R springs

I just lowered my C55 with H & R springs and I used #4 shims. I found that the front right is slightly lower then the front left. The rear left is slighly lower and the rear right. What should I do? Is it something wrong with the springs or it is an installation problem.

Thanks

The whole setup has to settle a little bit doesn't it - takes a few days or something to really see where it will all end up?... I'm not a suspension-guy at all, just seems like that's what I hear in passing. Curious about this answer myself as I just ordered these springs as well. Plan on using the #4 in the back also.

Ya, thats what i was told. Let it settle for a couple of days, and see how it sits. #2 shims will make the rear too low, with #4, its lower than the front already

How can the right front and the left rear be lower than the left front and right rear? If you are on level ground, that would mean that your car is twisted like a DNA helix!

I suggest you note the issue to the installer and give a a couple of weeks to settle. I'm sure it's not impossible for H&R to make a bad spring.

Ya, it could be a defect. I used my fingers to measure the gap, and got couple of people to measure it for me. The left rear is about couple millimetres lowers, and its noticable.

How long did your springs settle until they are all leveled?

Is it fine to still drive the car around if one side is lower than the other? Or should I just leave it sitting in the garage until it settled, hopefully.

thanks
