SOrry guys ... i just wanted to see if there is any interest... 37,000 miles still under full factory warrenty
NO NAVI - NO XENON- NO SHADE- NO I POD connect - No Changer
Everything else it has POWER EVERYTHING

you ever have one of those moments.. when you know that your traveling down a path that you have the oppertunity to fix... well i have come to the conclusion owning real estate is more important then my car payment i live .5 miles away from work i barley drive my baby... she is a very unique MBZ
the steering wheel doesnt have the little silver thumb pads just a differnet AMG wheel still works like all the other AMG wheels LOL
this car has been the best car i have ever owned and i've owned 15 or so cars and i'm only 27 ... i am sure some of you out there can relate... at least i wasnt like some of the guys that wraped there c55 around a pole...

"Barely drive" = 37,000 miles in 2-3 years? 
You may want to re-check the value of the car. At least check classifieds, a member w/ '06, loaded and a lot lower miles have got a hard time selling at $41K.
It's sad that the value of this car has been tanking. I only got couple grands more than your asking price for a lower mileage and loaded one.
But again, don't expect to get much lead from this forum
