I think for 37K, you could get one with CPO fully loaded. They can probably go lower

With 7600 miles on it? These cars are fetching ridiculous prices, but I think thats a bit optimistic.

That one is not fully loaded, and also has 47k as I recall. Any high mileage late model car is going to tank in value even worse than anything else, because no one will take a car with 25k more than others for only a grand or 2 less...gotta make it worth someones while. Most everyone would rather pay a few grand more and get the low miles. Now 7k less (which is what that seller is doing) may sweeten the deal, because now its in a price class that is different from most, and will appeal to a new demographic.

If I were you all I would just go to your local carmax/dealer and see how much they'll buy it for off the bat. May not be worth your time/hassle to get lowballed and deal with shady buyers for a few hundred or a thousand bucks. At least then you know what you can trade it in for, and adjust your price accordingly.
