If you want brand-new, you can buy the authentic, w203, twin-spoke AMG wheels you're looking for from Tire Rack - who I believe is a forum sponsor, not to mention a major national wheel and tire dealer.
If you want to save $$$ and buy used, I guess I'd say keep your eye on the classifieds forum... you never know what turns up there.
