How to replace airfilter

I have ordered new Green Airfilters for my '03 C32 and need some help with replacement procedure. I see that the two air induction hoses end up at the top of the engine, and I suppose unscrewing the torx screws will show the air box.

Just would llike some opinions on any gotachas I may run into.
