c55asleep?

has anyone installed kleemann headers and removed all four cats and resonator and just installed an x-pipe? i wonder the sound and hp difference if any and would it cause any problems to the engine besides the check engine light.( just leaving amg mufflers)all this for a c55 any feedback would be great!!
