Tele-Aid message Analog/Digital
Hi,
You would need to call a Service Department to confirm. We have run into this on some pre-owned cars that have the Analog Tele-Aid system that is no longer supported by MB's service provide. We have handled some 2003 SL's that have had to be converted to Digital service.
Call your local dealer with the VIN and they can look up the Tele-Aid.

Well I didn't do anything to activate it, do you have an idea as to why it would be giving that message. I don't want to convert it to digital service if I'm not going to use the Tele-aid do I?

i got this message a few weeks ago. my original battery was defective- possibly an internal short. if you still have the original then it may be worth testing it.

My battery is new as of last fall. Could this be related to my wiring harness short in the front-right? My turn signal doesn't work, even with a new bulb - stealership said it was a harness piece.
