Seat mismatch?
I got my car back from the dealer tonight (dark). They fixed my non-functional seat heater by replacing the lower cushion, and when I got home I noticed that it was a significantly different texture. The existing seats have a leather that is similar to soft shoe leather. Not glossy, but not flat either. The replacement cushion is a much flatter (nongloss) leather finish.
I'm going to see if they kept my old seat bottom. Does anyone know if there is a specific seat texture variation that I can refer to? Otherwise, I expect them to shrug and say that leathers are impossible to match.
It's pretty damn noticeable, and I was buying the car, I'd question it.
