Considering buying '05 C55

the car has 26K on it for $34, navi, xenons. The car is on sale from a non-MB dealer. Is the MB 4yr. warranty transferable?
Even if it is, and the car presents problems, and I take it to MB for warranty work, will they say "u must show maintenance records for this car, and that it was performed by MB"?
I like the car and have been searching these forums, there are not too many around, so I'm interested in this even though its not CPO. I maintain my own cars, so I hope I won't need the CPO, but the remaining 2 yr. MB bumper-bumper warranty would be nice, but I'm not sure if MB would honor it if no proof can be presented to show MB maintenance was performed on the car by the original owner. Thoughts, comments? Thank you.

Just bought 1 last week
Just got a new C55 from the dealer with CPO 3 more years cost me 37,000. It has 17,000 miles, but no navi. I love it, the price you say is def reasonable but I don't know about the seller.
