charging the battery
Incidently. Car came back from the Stealership (an "A" service) and i noticed the light sensor fault- take to dealer message was on. could this be something they did at the service or just coincidence?
To make it even worse- 2 days after the service the battery was flat as a pancake. i jumped it and let it ran for 45 mins to recharge. 2 days later flat again- anyone think this could also be related to the service (they checked the battery as part of the service and it showed up fine!)
just wondering if anyone thinks this could be something they did that has messed up a connection or something? as it just seems too coincidental !
There was something here I thoughtwith the power seats pitching a wire and draining the battery. I could be wrong though. Not saying that is the problem but just thought I would mention it

any ideas which wire it was that could cause the drain.

seat control modules
Should be under the drivers side seat. Maybe un hook it and see if the battery drains. I am not saying this is the only cause that would drain a battery but it is one of probally many. With elec stuff sometines it is a nightmare.
