Climate Control system shutdown W203
2002 C32 AMG less than 20K miles
In very cold or hot conditions (less than 25'F or greater than 100'F) the climate control system often shuts off completely. I have not found a way to get it turn on again till it the car warms up. Sometimes pushing different buttons on the system can bring it back. The AC and heat work just fine when the system is running.
I had taken the car to a MB dealership and they were unable to reproduce the problem since it is intermittent.
Anyone experience this? Know of the cause and a fix.
Thanks,
KP

I had an issue that was similar not sure if theyre the same. My blower motor would just stop working, but it would start again usually in a minute or so. It turned out to need a blower motor and blower regulator. Just a suggestion.
