Here is a pic of the engine and the rear rotor after painting it what do you guys think? The white car is my friends e55 soon to be mine lol.

what do you think of the renntek airbox? Can you feel any power gains? Does the engine sound alot louder and was it worth the price?

rol loves his C55, he ant tradein it in for no e55.. i can tell you this much. from what i hear, he prob put a hole in a couple of E55's

Ravi you are right on that I am not going to get a e55 even though it cross my mine b/c my friend is planning on getting a sl65 but after the hard work I put into the car I dont want to give it away like I did my s/c 2004 c5. After putting on the wheels I fell in love with the car again and past on the e55 offer.

The sound did not change. With just the airbox and ecu it made 314rwhp. I think most of the power came from th ecu. I really dont think the airbox did anything maybe only in top end if anyhing. I know the headers were great help!!
