ESP program not available after battery swap
Battery completely died, charged it enough to start and drove to work, had to jump it at work to get home, replaced it tonight(new from MB), start car(02 c32), then I get an ESP program is not available malfunction.

I haven't tried driving it yet just started her up a couple of times and the problem still persists. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
Well I decided to not wait till the morning to drive it and esp works on and in the off mode, got home and turned off the car and back on agian and the malfunction is gone, but some residuals are still here. Now my sun roof will only open in 2" increments but closes fine. I will tilt open but it takes pushing the close tilt 2 times to get it to come down.

Go ask the shop to check the ECU for faults. You need ESP for C32, wheels spin easily.

1. ESP- start the engine, turn stearing wheel all the way to the left and than to the right- calibrates stearing angle sensor.
2. windows and sun roof- open each window, than close and hold up botton for 5 seconds- programs one touch feature.
