As i am driving slowly the noise is really loud and as i speed up its a clinking sound that sounds faster and louder as i drive off. I recently had a flat and just bought a new set of tires...its only coming from the left rear tire well...any suggestions. my brother thinks its the rotor...

Any chance there's a balancing weight hitting the calipers or something else? (since they changed tires, they should have balanced)

nope, i had this happen, they used either one or more lug bolts that are too long for our vehicle...replace the ones that you need to with the right lug bolt length (look at all of them if you need to compare) and you will be clunk free!
