Replaced the battery.....now throwing an error

Replaced the battery.....now throwing an error
Hey guys....quick question...

My battery died on me last night. I went out and replaced it and now when starting the car I get the following error....

Electr. Stabili. Not Aval.
ESP

After some "spirited" chicago winter driving I can tell that esp/traction control does indeed engage...

Dealership time???

Any thoughts????

Turn steering wheel all the way to the right than to the left (resets-calibratyes steering angle sensor) and you r set.
