One led in the third brake light is out. Hard to replace just one? Any tips? Is it a diy, or should I have the dealer do it? Thanks.

i don't know the answer, but you might check over in the C320 section, there are quite a few DIY posts there, might be something helpful there...
just get a new third brake light from the dealer. it's a simple DIY job. remove all the push pins on the trunk liner and you'll see the back of it.
