Question Looking for heat exchanger replacement instructions / advice?

Hello-

OK...I am holding up my little cardboard sign here on the street corner....

Have tools, will learn.

I am wondering if anybody has a link to a "visual" type guide to removing and replacing a C32 heat exchanger?

I have a brand spanking new LET Heat Exchanger waiting to go in. I am going to also put in a Johnson CM30 Intercooler Pump & LET 185mm pulley while it is apart.

I know this much: The front bumper needs to come off.

Any help on things to be cautious of, or to watch out for would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!

Scott

I know it's not a C32, but this is an awesome DIY w/ pics.

It should help with the front bumper part of your project.

It didn’t take long for you to further modify your already fine machine. I respect that.

With spring upon us, it’s a fine time to address heat soak…even in Washington. I’m certain you’ll be pleased with the new LET hardware. Here is my frighteningly amateurish DIY on their heat exchanger installation. It’s not nearly as hard as I’ve made it look!

Hey, one more handy item. If you leave air in the system, don't worry it will bleed out. I thought I had mine done well, silly me, but 2 times, my check colant light came on. Just add fluid to the overflow tank, and it will cure itself. I hate when things are this easy

See yeah

1 hour? I wished you lived a little closer, I would buy you beer & pizza to come over and walk me through it!

I am putting aside a whole weekend just to play it safe
