i was thinking of doing just this and vadim, if you could show some pics of one installed on a c55 and show real results, chalk me up as another order.

FYI the dealer told me that if you but the E55 airbox on the C55 it would not void the warranty as they would not point the finger at the AMG airbox if the motor was messed up. same should go with the C32 and the Sl55 airbox. so i guess this makes it a safe mod for warrantied cars. Also nor would the renntech airbox void your warranty at its basically a stock C55 airbox and then I shop Foreman said they would in most cases not point the finger at an airbox of intake air mod as the cause of a failed motor. ECU's on the other hand will open up a can of worms if something goes wrong.
