Does anyone know what is the tool called that is used for removing the sun visor? its like the hexagon type key but its more like a star shape. i noticed its a bit loose and i tried my hexagon type keys but i don't have the right size. I have one thats just barely too big and then the next smaller one i got is just a little bit too small.

I believe it's called a Torx Bit ie; T40,T45 etc. Available at most auto parts stores. Try this: http://www.autozone.com/Ntt,Torx%20B...allResults.htm Their site has no pix or info, sucks.
