2005 C55 AMG
We recently had a long thread about this for someone who has a Crossfire with the same symptoms. I believe it ended up being a switch or solenoid related to the fuel pressure regulator, whereas it wouldn't maintain fuel pressure in the lines after the car has shut off, therefore causing delayed hard starts.

I can't remember the thread name, but it was within the last 2 months. Search for it using the word "start" or "starting" as a key word.

thanks !!! just been looking through other threads and the cps looks like it could be the fault ???
basically
starts fine and first time in the morning
when warm and turned off is when sometimes it will not start
turns over fine but no attempt at all at firing although it will with ether /cold start
can take up too 1 1/2 -2 hrs before it will start

could this be the cps and if so how easy is it too change on the c32
