So, I met a guy at the local Shell station.....
......He was bragging on his cell phone while we were both filling up with 93 octane. He was in his CTS-V and I was in my C32. I overheard him telling his friend that he just picked the car up from the shop and the long laundry list that he just had installed that included head work and cams. The car sounded incredible when he pulled up....Anyway, I let him finish his phone call then I politely chimed in with compliments to the Cadi. He said he liked my C-Class (with a **** eatin grin on his face) and I kinda giggled. It just so happened that he left in front of me spinning out of the parking lot, I QUICKLY followed. Then, fate happened!!!!! We both get to a red light with NOBODY else in sight and the light just turned red so I had a chance to gather my thoughts. ESP off, manual mode on! I reved and lurched, he did the same, IT WAS ON!!! Light turned green and instantly I got the jump, pulled a car, then two! I slowed down and he matched and mouthed "you're an *******" and then sped off.......It totally made my day!

its hard to get the caddy off the line clean.. but he definately did not see 340RWHP coming!
I'm sure its really hot at Clear Lake and humid.. therefore come fall and winter your car is going to be a monster!

350rwhp is quite a number. I know a guy and a turbo s2k with 350 to the wheels, you wouldnt stand a chance against that though.
anyways cts-v is like 400hp, its bigger,heavier and its got less then 350 to the wheels for sure.

haha...man thats great. nice kill, i love when people with non-german cars think their car is cool after they spend a bunch of money and then get reminded that they might as well have purchased a german car theyre better anyway!
i tore up a '04 mustang mach1 last week. all i have is K&N drop-ins and he had the ability to shift his transmission horribly so i won a battle i shouldnt have. i think they run like 300hp/330tq but it doesnt mean **** if you cant shift lawl

In classic US-manufacturer form, they will have some gross flaw caused by their need to cut corners (like the axle tramp problem in the original CTS-V). Nobody comes closer to making a german car than Cadillac (or the European/Aussie divisions of GM), but even Cadillac seems to lack the ultimate commitment to engineering perfection.

It took John Heinricy to do a sub 8: 00 Ring run, so whats that tell you?? guy is a great driver!!! In the hands of mere mortals, it would be closer to 9 or 9.5; The new CTS-V is probably not a bad car BUt the stealerships and resale value will ruin it again for caddy.
