Bump! For the love of God BUMP!! I removed my V6Komp badge many a year ago to have coated then lost a letter.. this however is a more than viable option.. Any left? If not where can I get some made!

This guy still operates a web site at http://folex618.tripod.com/index.html but BEWARE. He is a complete fraud. I placed an order months ago, he took my money (PayPal) and that was the last I heard. I have emailed him many many times and have got no reply. I am now going through a PayPal dispute. It really is too bad because the guy has a good product. Too bad he is such a dick!

he just hasn't taken the product off of his website yet. i know he has been in alot of disputes over the past year or so about this. i bought from him no problem, someone needs to somehow get a hold of him and get him to take off the listing.

Hey Michael; I think you are being too kind. It should be up to him to remove his web site listing on Tripod. It is not just, "contact me about these badges for information", it actually processes a PayPal order and takes money from you. If he does not have any product to sell or no longer does this, there is only one thing to call it ... FRAUD. Even PayPal cannot get hold of this guy to resolve disputes regarding the account he has with them. Good luck with anyone else telling him to take it down. All the same, I would be MUCH happier to receive the badges than have to dispute through PayPal or complain on this site. I think he had a great idea, a great product and a market. Why would you want to screw that up. If I could find any other leads on the 3.2 AMG \\\ badges I would be only too happy to follow up on them. I have a SLK32 AMG without the V6 Kompressor fender badges and it looks kind of plain there to me, would love to put the 3.2 AMG\\\ badges there.

I bought a set of 5.5 badges from him too....never came in, so I got my money back. I ended up paying a member on here $200 for a set as they were impossible to find.

I'm in the process of recreating the 5.5 badges. Depending on how that goes, I may also do the 3.2. See post #713 & 715.
